Suggest Remedies For Red, Big Zits Like Pimples On Face
Hai I recently started having pimples on my face from 2 months I recently moved to a new city so I guess due to water change or something and the pimples doesn t seem to stop popping out . I never had acne before of this kind. These are pretty red big zits on my face . How do I stop them and clear up my face . Please help me out . Thankyou!

It may be due to acne.
For that you may apply ointment containing tretinoin and clindamycin.
Along with that wash your face regularly.
Avoid sweating.
Maintain proper hygiene
