Suggest Remedies For Red, Burning And Swollen Lump Around The Penis Shaft
Hi, I had a small lump on the side of my shaft near the base, after researching I diagnosed myself with what is referred to as a lump of lymph. I followed some easy directions on how to attempt to unclog the lymph I guess. I did not refrain from sex and it got worse. The base of penis was swollen and it now seemed like 2 lumps under the skin of shaft (not on penis itself). after researching it seemed as I had thrombosis. I put tea tree oil on the area and it s getting better fast, however it s starting to get reddish color almost raw with a lil burning from time to time. Can you give some info here please. Thank you

The red, burning and swollen lump around penis shaft indicates bacterial infection with folliculitis development most likely. My guidelines for better recovery:
- Local antiseptic care with antiseptic liquid or soap
- Local application of creams of hydrocortisone with gentamicin
- Prescription of antibiotics as penicillin oral or intravenous ceftriaxone
- Oral anti fungal medicines
- Anti-inflammatory drugs as diclofenac, ibuprofen with paracetamol
- Control of blood sugar
