Suggest Remedies For Red Itchy Patches On Body With Difficulty In Breathing
Hi sir. my wife having red itchy patches all over the body for 02 days. sometimes having difficulty in breathing. Her ESR is 70, TLC 17500.. despite of on medication Tab Prednisolone, Calamine lotion, Tab Avil, Tab cetrizine. Inj Hydrocortisone not respite.. Please advise

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have red itchy patches on body with difficulty in breathing . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like gastroenteritis , drug overdose , transient ischemic attack , influenza or sinusitis .
Chest infection or allergic reaction can also be one of the reasons. The symptoms can also occur due to hyperthroidism . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper diagnosis withou any delay , to prevent the condition like anaphylaxis .
Doctor may take history and order blood test to rule out viral infection . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug along with anti viral , immunosuppressants , antipyretic and may refer you to endocrinologist for thyroid and diabetes . Apply cold compresses on sores to reduce swelling and redness .
