Suggest Remedies For Red Lump Under The Scrotum And Blood Post Urination
My husband has a red lump at the base of his scrotum for the past couple of weeks. He reports only mild pain but today was concerned because he noticed that there was bright red blood in his underwear and in the toilet after he urinated. He did not noticed blood in his urine when he urinated because he was sitting down at the time. How concerned should we be?
Hello dear Understand your concern. It may be infected sebaceous cyst or abscess or friction injury
Following are the other cause of lump in srotum
1. Hydrocele 2. Vericose vein of testis 3. Hernia 4. Epididymitis 5. Cyst of epididymis 6. Torsion of testis 7. Cancer of testis 8. STDs: syphilis and gonorrhoea
You should consult the surgeon and do following test: 1. Blood: CBC, ESR 2. STD screening 3. USG 4. Biopsy should be take from testis That help in diagnosis and then take treatment
Keep the area dry Apply neomycin cream Warm compression Supporting pad should be applied Wear loose pure cotton inner wear
