Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of red marks on face which is due to leftover infection and blockage of pore of skin with dead skin and bacteria.

Need not to worry. Redness can be avoided by use of topical antibacterial clindamycin gel along with topical retinoid like Adapalene gel. You should visit dermatologist once and start treatment after proper prescription. Avoid exposure to sunlight and drink plenty of fluids. Take diet rich in green leafy vegetables and take multivitamins in diet.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
