Suggest Remedies For Red Rashes On Face, Cheeks And Nose

please someone help me. I am a 48 year young woman and I have this rash on my face, which covers my checks and nose, chin. It came out of no where. I do have a few acne spots on my chin. The rash for the most part does not itch, it dose however like to be really red especially after i wash my face. I have had this for going on three months, it s very embarrassing to go to work because im a receptionist for the hospital and the first one people see when they come in. So please help. Hello,

As per your history, it may dermatitis.

for that you can apply hydrocortisone ointment.

Along with that you can take tab, loratidine. In case of pain, take tab. tylenol.

watch for symptoms like breathing difficulties, rashes all over body, then you may require detailed evaluation.

Avoid allergic food or allergen like dust, pollen or medications.
