Hello I have a rash on my hands, wrist, top of my butt and to the left and right of my groin on the thigh, they most are white in the middle with red around the outside and the on on my groin is very large with a bunch of marks that are red around the outside and white on the inside

In that case anti viral drugs like valacyclovir will be helpful. You can also use acyclovir cream for local application in such case.
