Hi there Thank you for your question! This sounds like eczema to me but would need to see the rash to confirm, as many different skin conditions can present in a similar way. It may be an allergic type of eczema especially if you have other allergic conditions like asthma or runny nose/sneezing called allergic rhinitis and itchy eyes. You may get little blisters which start to weep when they open and then gets crusty. The rash may also develop an infection. I recommend you avoid trigger factors like sunlight, preservatives,perfume-based products, irritants like wool. It is best to have a doctor look at this rash and take a full history from you.
