Suggest Remedies For Reddish Black Painful Splotches On Skin Due To Sunburn
Hi there. I am a woman of 19 with fair skin. I got a sunburn on Tuesday and then today after I applied pure aloe (from the plant) the broken skin now has red and reddish black splotches. It is very painful and irritated. Do I need to seek emergency medical attention or should I schedule an appointment with a dermatologist?
This is not an emergency case. But, do not take it lightly. Presence of broken skin must need physical examination. So, consult dermatologist for the same.
Till that time, you can treat it by applying Calamine Lotion (if no allergy) after cleaning of affected area, 3 times in a day for 5 days after cleaning of affected area. Take Tablet-Levocet (if no allergy), once at bed time for 5 days. Keep the affected area clean only with tap water and maintain hygiene. Wear cotton clothes with full sleeves.
Hope this information will be helpful to resolve your query and further queries are always welcome. I will like to answer them.
Wish you good health. Take Care, Thank You.
