Suggest Remedies For Removal Of Face Scars

Hello dear Doctor,
I was having a cist on my cheek for like a year.I took an antibiotic from a doctor for 5 days and thay particular cist got out of the skin leaving a deep round scar on my cheeks.
I am worried about the scar as i dont have any other scar on my face.
I am using fucidin H cream on it.
can anyone pls tell me that the scar would.wouldn't be removed.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain scar on face left after resolution of the cyst cannot be resolved completely with topical treatment and as you are applying Fucidin H cream it contains Fuscidic acid and is an antibacterial agent..

It cannot resolve the scar completey and you need to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical examination and treatment will depend upon type of scar as there are different types like Boxcar scar, water pick scar, rolling margin type etc..

You can be advised treatment depending upon the type of scar and techniques like Microdermabrasion, dermal rollers, microneedling, fractional CO2 lazer, excision with elevation etc can be advised to you to reduce the depth of the scars..
Use silicone gel over the scar..
You should also exfoliate your skin twice a week..
