Suggest Remedies For Rigors And Body Pain

For several hour I have had a chill. No fever...just chills. I have turned the heat up in the room. I m not cold, just shivering. A bit achy, too. The weather is changing from 30s to a winter storm (expected tomorrow) and sub-zero lows. To my knowledge, I have not been exposed to the flu.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

It could just be the change in temperature, I would recommend you to wait and watch. In the meantime have plenty of warm fluids and dress appropriately. You may also take a paracetamol to help with body pain.

Best wishes.
