Suggest Remedies For Severe Constipation And Headache For A Cancer Patient

My husband was just diagnosed with cancer of the thyroid. The whole thyroid, lymph nodes (found abnormal cells) and some glands on the left side are to be removed. He is not feeling well, severe constipation, pain in his side, head ache, etc. While waiting for surgery, what supplements, pain meds should he be taking?

In hypothroid may cause constiption just invest about thryoid harmine if decrese take iodine and thryoid drug if harmone is normal then take syp tavalose and aviod to use morphine pain killer
