Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Hair fall and growth is a routine cycle in humans. These 2 processes are always balanced.A net hair loss is only noticed when you lose hair at a rate more than hair growth. There exist many possible causes of hair loss. Some of these causes may include:
-Family history (heredity)
-
Hormonal changes
-Medical conditions like scalp infection by fungi or bacteria
-Medications
-Your risk of losing hair may be increased by factors like age, poor nutrition and stress.
Effective treatments for some types of hair loss are available. But some hair loss is permanent.Treatments options for hair loss include medications, surgery,
laser therapy, and wigs or hairpieces. Your doctor may suggest a combination of these approaches in order to get the best results.
Biotin may help in other body metabolisms but not hair growth.
I will suggest you see a
Dermatologist to examine the spots and choose objective treatment options.I will suggest you try the following:
-Eat a nutritionally balanced diet.
-Avoid tight hairstyles.
-Avoid compulsively twisting, rubbing or pulling your hair.
-Treat your hair gently when washing and brushing. A wide-toothed comb may help prevent pulling out hair.
-Avoid harsh treatments .
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
