Iam 69 years old, and was taking enalapril maleate 20mg twice a day. I had to discontinue taking do to a swelling of the lip incident, or angioedema. I remained on the amlodine Besylate 10 mg once a day , and added Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg once a day. Iam in a regular excercise program and have been for the last four years. I do 5 miles a day on the treadmill, 12 min miles. Iam know 176lbs. I have noticed that iam getting headaches after excersise sometimes in the am or early pm most everyday. This began a few months after eliminating the enalapril. do I need another sustitute foe tha enalapril?
