Suggest Remedies For Severe Nausea And Dizziness Post An Injury

I was hit yesterday directly flush with my spine at a sporting goods store with a heavy plastic kayak being carried vertically. I did get s headache within 5 minutes and became nauseous later, especially laying down in sleep. Woke up nauseated, felt dazed all day, slower, Javier limbs . I ve had a few concussions so chalked it up to that. But just now, laying on my back to sleep I m feeling very nauseous again. Supposed to travel to cabin to tomorrow .

Postponing your trip for a later time will be good given your symptoms.I will suggest you rest well and eat well.You may take a pain drug like paracetamol or ibuprofen for pains.Your symptoms may be some brain response to the injury.You will be fine.Just rest well.
