Suggest Remedies For Severe Pain During Ovulation

Hi, Both left and right ovaries are in so much pain. This has been happening for three days, I am at the period of ovulation in my menstral cycle. It ovaries hurts when I put my head down and it has caused pains running through my legs and have completely tightened up my muscles I can t even stretch. I m really worried should I go to the hospital?

Hello....i understand your complaints, its completly a physiological condition,no need to worry for this pain. its ovulatory cycle pain(also called mittlesmerz) so during ovulation time you wil get pain over the lower abdomen with warmth over the lower abdomen.during this time you should take plenty of water and take rest for sometime in flexed position this will reduce your pain and you can also take antispasmodics like meftal spas tablet..
