Suggest Remedies For Severe Pain In Left Arm, Shoulder And Neck

I ha ave intense pain on the left side-arm, shoulder, neck. I can t move my elbow above my shoulder or my arm straight out away from body. Sleeping is almost impossible. I ve had an mir which showed fluid in the rotator cuff but no tears. Since then pain and lack of mobility is much worse. What do I do?

Thanks for posting your query on HCM
The symptom you describe and the result of the MRI show a rotator cuff disorder.It can happen to anyone and is always due to over working of the joint or trauma.I will advise you take a rest or avoid working the joint as much as possible, take an anti-inflammatory pain medication like ibuprofen.If you do not feel better, you will have to see a Doctor to prescribe a stronger pain medication or exploit other treatment options.
