The pain you describe could be due to compression or irritation of the branch of the
brachial plexus that innervates the 3 numb fingers
(
peripheral neuropathy). However, there are still many other possible causes which may include:
-Diabetic neuropathy
-Ionic imbalances like low calcium, low
magnesium....
-Dehydration
-Stress/strain on shoulder
-Vitamin deficiency
-And others.
I will suggest you try the following:
*Rest well
*Drink enough water
*Eat well and healthy with enough green vegetables
*Continue with tylenol
*A myorelaxant like miorel
*B complex vitamins
*Stretching and massage
If these measures do not help, you see the Doctor for investigation.You will need test like full blood count,
ESR, serum electrolytes, fasting blood sugar, shoulder/neck
x ray, electromyogram.
