Suggest Remedies For Severe Pain In The Sole Of The Foot

I have a severe pain at the bottom of my foot. It runs through my arch and into my heel. When I walk on it too much the pain races up my leg like a charly horse. I am in pain with this and can barely put any weight on it, please help me figure it out

Hi,

Severe pain in bottom of the foot indicate different causes. It may be corn in the bottom of foot or it may be because of vitamin deficiencies. So better to have diagnosed from local physicians and have proper treatment. You can apply lotion and take pain killer until then.
