Suggest Remedies For Sharp Pain In The Back And Shoulder With Discomfort In The Rib Cage
Hi, just this morning when I woke up to my alarm. I rapidly stretched back to stretch but when doing that, I had a sharp pain in my back that kept me down and couldn t get up. My symptoms consist of sharp back pain including bottom of shoulder blade. I mostly feel feel discomfort in front of rib cage that does not allow me to take deep breaths. I cannot have a straight posture when standing. Can you please advise?...thanks Jesse Ortega
I think you just overstretched mussels. I believe you should take ibuprofen for pain and have rest.
Also, you can use Voltaren gel over it. These symptoms will get better soon. If still don't get better in the next two days you should go to the doctor for an x-ray.
Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka,
