when i walk for a while at about 1 mile or exert myself i am short of breath and light headed, my stomach feels bad and the left side of my intestine feel weird. i almost fainted on the street. i am 54 and always in good health till i had 3 surgerys. Myomectomy, hernia and adhesions. Not sure what this is. I thought it was because i was out of shape since i didnt work out after surgery. the last one was about 3 years ago. i have been trying to get back to exercise but when i do i feel llike this except a little worse now.
