Suggest Remedies For Skin Allergies After Consuming Herbalife
Hi I have been taking herbalife for 1 and half years. N i noticed that I am having skin allergies such as rashes on my hand and leg. Is this can be cured? Should I stop taking herbalife? Or can I continue taking herbalife? Can it help If I start to drink plenty of water? Pls advise. Thanks Doc.

Herbalife products are mostly related to vitamins,nutrients and other inorganic suppliments in a large box.Some people may have allergy to perticular drug and overdose of suppliments also related to allergy.you should stop taking it rather switch to tablet form of suppliments which will b easy to maintain proper dose.tablet supradyn is better option,you can compare compositions of both,also it will be cheap for you,more better to consult a dieticien before taking such products.
For Allergy take tablet cetzine10mg once a day.if not improved thn let it b checked by a dermatologist.
