Suggest Remedies For Small Reddish Patches On The Outer Foreskin

I have 2 small reddish, shiny patches on the outer foreskin, close to the tip of my penis. Mostly they are very dry skin that sometimes peels of on the patches. Sometimes there are small 2mm cracks, after an erection. What can I use? Could it be as a result of oral?

I understand your concern.
What lesions you are describing over your penis appears that to be skin infection as a result of poor hygiene.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Rinse the area twice daily with antiseptic solution like Povidine-iodine solution.
2. After drying, apply Neomycin with Hydrocortisone cream over the lesions as a thin layer.
3. Abstain from sexual activities till the lesion heals completely.
4. Maintain good personal hygiene.
