My 10 year old granddaughter have a history of eczema. For a while she have small ulcer like sores over 75% of her boy. Eritrea inside elbows ankles being the worst. She digs the sore until they bleed. Have been on antibiotics a number of times. Her mom was told to put Clorox in her bath water. Her skin look horrible. The children tease her and some adults don t want her around their kids. Please can you help.
