Suggest Remedies For Small White Nodules On The Scrotum Area

hello sir, i have been having small whitish nontender nodules over my scrotum since last two years. initially they were growing very slowly but now the size is static. there are five to six such nodules ranging from 1mm to 4-5 mm in size. Plz advise me on this.

Spot on scrotum even if they pose no problem may be very disturbing.The treatment will however depend on the cause.Possible causes may include: fungal infection, pilar cysts, folliculitis, pimples, fordyce spots.There are so many possible causes.Most of these cause may not need any special treatment and a chat with an expert in this field may help.I will advise you see a Dermatologist for examination.
I will also advise you: not to touch the spots again and again, try not to wear underwears made of synthetic fibers, dry genital and scrotum after washing, do not shave pubic hair closer to scrotum,
After examination by the Dermatologist, you will know the next step to take
