I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain sores inside mouth along with fever can be due to viral infection and you should consult a Paediatrician and get her evaluated and he can advise blood tests and mouth swab culture, saliva culture etc to rule out the exact cause of infection and treat accordingly.. In case if it is due to viral infection the infection will subside once the virus completes its cycle.. You can be advised to give Acetaminophen for fever.. In case if there is pain in the ulcers, gargling with numbing mouthwash can help.. You can avoid spicy foods and give a soft bland diet.. Make her drink plenty of water.. Maintain a good oral hygiene.. Give sufficient rst..
Hope this information helps..
