Suggest Remedies For Sore Throat And Chest Pain After Swallowing Hot Food

I ate some hot food almost a week ago and I swallowed it whole without it cooling down. I woke up the next morning with such a sore throat and couldn't swallow. Number of days on my throat is still sore when I swallow and I feel like something is stuck in the back of my throat and I now have a pain in my chest. Is my esophagus burnt?

This will take 2 weeks to heal.
Drugs like Pantoprazole should be used for 3 weeks tlfir complete relief.
