Lack of movement for several hours can definitely reduce circulation and cause soreness and numbness. Both excessive muscle activity and total lack of activity can affect our body and cause pain and soreness.
Sitting in a work chair continuously for more than an hour should be avoided.
Stretching exercises sitting in a chair can be done. Tight-fitting shoes and shoes without aeration should be avoided.
Kindly check your blood sugar levels before and one and a half-hour after food to rule out diabetes. Multivitamin tablets can be taken once a day after food to avoid vitamin deficiency.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
