Suggest Remedies For Stiffness In Back And Painful Back Joints
Hi i am a 39 year old mother of 4 kids ,overweight .i have a stiff back and pain over the right lumbosacral joint that started suddenly yesterday.i cant bend at all and am having pain even when i am sitting and walking.Only getting relief while lying down straight.i took Aleeve but its not helping

Well it could be muscular pain and if so I would suggest you to take diclofenac sodium for 7 days and make sure you have proper rest. Don't work in excess or do work which compromise your back. It would make a difference I'm sure.
