yes stomach ulcers are always hard to get rid of so you have to keep a tab on your diet. You cannot eat too spicy food that can again cause you pain.YOU MUST AVOID THE FOLLOWING coffee, including decaf carbonated beverages chilis and hot peppers processed foods salty red meats deep fried foods SOMETIMES MILK EXCESSIVE DRINKING
You must include the following components in your diet to keep your ulcers away Flavonoids are compounds that occur naturally in many fruits and vegetables. Foods and drinks rich in flavonoids include:
soy beans legumes red grapes kale broccoli apples berries teas (especially green tea)
PROBIOTICS buttermilk yoghurt
Honey is a powerful antibacterial and has been shown to inhibit H. pylori growth. Cranberry and cranberry extract also may help fight H. pylori. now with all these dietary modification you might require a course of antibiotics/ antacids for some few more days if you have not taken for which you must check with your doctor.
