Hello,
my name is Dr Dorina Gurabardhi.
I understand your concern.
Some advice that I can give to you is:
-Take ginger. Ginger is traditionally used as a treatment for nausea and stomach cramping.
-Place a warm towel on your stomach.
-begin to eat bland, easy-to-digest foods, such as soda crackers, toast, gelatin, bananas, rice and chicken
Symptoms usually last just a day or two, but occasionally they may persist as long as 10 days.
Hope it helps,
kind regards!
