Suggest Remedies For Swelling Above The Left Eye
I have a boil above my eyebrow and went to urgent care yesterday and he stuck a needle in to drain it but didn t get any pus out just blood. Gave me antibiotics I ve been taking those and after I left my eye below was starting to swell on top and below my eye. Woke up this morning more swollen and now going to other eye. Should I wait till antibiotics kick in or go to er

sorry to hear you had a boil.Am happy to hear you are on antibiotics already.For the swelling it could be an extension of the infection or just local surrounding tissue reactions.I will advise you add a pain/antiinflammatory medication like ibuprofen. If symptom does not evolve favorable within 24 hours, get the eyes examined by the Docotr as it might be an eye infection independent of the boil you have.
