Suggest Remedies For Swelling And Itching In The Labia Minora

I have a swelling on the top of the left labia minora and it falls on the way of my urethra. I am 20 and have never been sexually active. The whole of my labia is itchy and has red rash-like marks on it, thankfully no discharge. It hurts while urinating and I can feel a sharp pain on the left side of the flow during urination. The pain is highest when the pressure is high during the start of urination but subsides when the pressure drops around the end. I've tried my level best to keep the area dry but avoiding the itching is really very hard. Been suffering for over a day now and waiting to heal natually seems to be really difficult. Please help.
