Suggest Remedies For Swelling, Redness And Throbbing Pain In The Knee Post An Injury

Hi, I fell on my knee on the ice (Minnesota for ya) It s been red, and it had a strong throb now it s a mild throb. This happened about 845pm. It s now 4:13... Knee got swollen right away. It hurts, anything else I should do besides heat,ice and ibuprofen Thanks

If ur knee is swolllen then definitly there is something fishy.. you Should for Xray Knee Joint Antero posterior and lateral view.

After the xray exact picture will be cleared that if it Soft tissue injury any tendon or ligament rupture or fracture..
