Freak accident this Evening (early morning). Frozen Roast fell out of the Freezer and hit me square on the inside lower left Leg! It s been Stinging for about 15 min now and the area popped up like a Golf sized ball. I m a 59yr old Diabetic (type 2) and concerned.

This is a hematoma--a pool of blood under the skin. It will get resorbed in time and isn't dangerous, but you should have your doctor look at it to see if any x-rays are warranted.
