Suggest Remedies For Swollen Taste Buds And Pain In Sternum
I am 28 yrs old.the taste buds in d middle of my tongue seem to b swollen I drunk somu oj the other morning and it tasted real strong acidy and weird.other problem is when I swallow I get a dull pain at the lower tip of my sternum.I have two swollen lyph nodes on the left side of my neck.all of this has been goin on for that last few days.thank cal
It looks that Somu Oj caused local reaction hence the swollen taste buds. Consult your Doctor to be examined and get a prescription of anti-inflammatory and steroids if there is local reaction. Take normal temperature liquid diet. The pain at the lower tip of sternum on eating indicates the possibility of GERD, esophagitis.
Hence, I would advise you to take a PPI like Omeprazole, antacid and consult a gastroenterologist for Upper GI Endoscopy to have confirmed diagnosis, H pylori taste and thus additional treatment as per the findings. Swollen lymph nodes will be examined by your Doctor, ultrasound and FNAC will confirm the diagnosis and have treatment accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
