Hi I ve a very tender and achey to touch a bit like the pain of stomach ache and tender to touch area on my pubic, groin area to the left the right hand side is pain free but the left side really aches thought it was an in growing hair but now more painful

I really appreciate your concern, colicky pain could be the likely condition and can be managed with Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three times in day, the symptoms could be related with age and gender which is not given here, it may be nonspecific pain, and hope this information helps.
