Suggest Remedies For Tennis Elbow Post An Injury

I was in an accident and threw my left arm out to brace myself and now I have tennis elbow and my nurse practitioner is saying that it s a work related injury and has nothing to do with the accident. It is not my dominant arm and I ve never had any problems with it until immediately following the accident. Any suggestions?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It could be better to have any lab reports, especially X-ray reports to see the changes myself.

Sometimes, bone injuries can go undetected for years until they can show up or get aggravated during an accident as in your case.

So, to me should consult with an orthopedic specialist to evaluate the changes and decide for the best treatment strategy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
