Suggest Remedies For Thick Green Mucus Nasal Discharge, Dizziness And Headache
I have had thick green mucus discharge from my nose and a painful raspy cough full of mucus for the past two weeks. Very strong headache and pain in my neck, I also get slightly dizzy when I stand up or bend down. Loss of appetite, hard to sleep and anxious and irritable. Please help

Hello,
It may be due to chronic sinusitis. For that, you may require complete hemogram, discharge culture after ENT consultation. You may require antibiotics after consultation. Continue steam inhalation. For headache, you can take tablet acetaminophen. Do regular blood pressure monitoring.
