Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to respiratory infection. Azithromycin is given in dosage of 500 mg once daily for 5 days. This is a prescription drug and you can ask your GP for antibiotic prescription. You will also need bronchodilators like salbutamol or terbutaline and mucolytics like ambroxol. A physical examination by your local physician is well appreciated.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
