Suggest Remedies For Urine Incontinence, Discomfort During Passing Stools And Low Appetite
outerback discomfort.......unrestricted urine..trickle of urine....severe discomfort trying to move bowels....no blood that I can see....sever loss of appetite.....no energy......sleep when I m not trying to urinate and move b Bowels an urinate at same time.
Based on the history you have shared, you need to get urinalysis done and cultures to rule out urinary tract infection and may need antibiotics if any. If incontinence persists a urologist review and micturition studies may be needed to rule out neurological causes. If discomfort with stool Persists, it may need to be evaluated by a detailed per rectal examination by a surgeon. Blood counts to rule out any silent blood loss with stool leading to anemia should be ruled out.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
