Suggest Remedies For Vaginal Illness After Taking Contraceptive Injection

I recently got the three month contraceptive injection and I am experiencing side effects such as vaginal drying when we make love with my boyfriend I feel horny but idont get wet anymore I even orgasm but I won t be wet, also I had oily yellow discharge from my anus yesterday, what could be wrong with me?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms may not be due to the hormone changes but it may be fungal infection I would advise to try "Povidone iodine" vaginal suppository, hope this information helps.
