Suggest Remedies For Vitamin D Deficiency
Hi, i am 32yrs old female, lately having a lot of muscle pain iny legs hips and shoulders. Cannot stand for a long stretch. My vitamin d test came as 19.50. What vitamin and calcium supplement should i take . Also i am suffering from bronchitis on and off, so will these supplements affect my health in a negative way?
