Suggest Remedies For Vomiting And Nausea After Drinking Wine

I believe someone put eye glass cleaner in my wine and I ingested it without knowing. The very next morning I was vomiting, nauseas (I tried to drink coffee and threw it up shortly after) I now have a metalic taste in my mouth and when I first awoke my vision was extremely blurry. I ve been drinking water all day, I feel a little better. I managed to eat some soup and so far have kept it down. I contacted my doctor to request a blood test to see if I had the chemical in my system and was told there s no such test. So what can I do? Or will it leave my system on it s own?

Hello,

Yes, your doctor is right. There is no such test. Don't worry, your body will take care of it and will remove that from your body via urine and stool.

For symptomatic relief, you can take pantoprazole and levosulpiride combination on empty stomach twice daily.

Avoid alcohol for 1 month. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
