I am a 22 year old male.
Height 5'7 weight = 132 pounds
Even after a regular and sleep of 6 hours and waking up at 6 in the morning, i feel weak, sleepy, trippy and eyes are droopy. I do regular exercise (on my own and not i a gym) which includes pushups, leg press, weightlifting and some breathing yoga.
I feel okay doing anything physically.
But when i sit down to work it isnt the same.
I feel like my eyes did not have sleep for a couple of days and my mind not fresh and i doze off which i dont like.
Initially i thought it might be lack of sleep but now having slept for 9 hours i know its not.
