Suggest Remedies For Weight Gain With Hypothroid

i am 48 . my hypothyroid was detetected in 2000. initially i was given 50 mcg thyronorm. now i am talking `150mcg since last one and half year. from 67 kgs in 2000 today i am 83 kgs inspitr of healty lifestyle that is morning walk or yoga, in the evening walking to gym work out of trademill , weights, abs, static cycling. i eat very carefully and very healthy. i donot have any other problems related to thyroid other than my weight.

Hypothyroid is a condition where metabolism becomes slowed down resulting in excess weight gain.One more reason is as we grow old our metabolism starts slowing down in order to keep control on your weight you need to be active and keep a watch on your diet.
consume low calorie ,low carbohydrate , low fat, normal protein diet.
consume carbs like rice, wheat, pasta , noodles, other cereals in limited portion.
Avoid ghee, butter, cream, fried foods,oils all these gives lots of calories and fat.Fill your plate with more of fresh vegetables and fruits As the gives you feeling of fullness and satisfises hunger.Consume small meals rather than taking 3 big meals.Avoid simple sugars like juices, drinks,bakery foods.
Do brisk walk or any aerobics daily for 45 minutes. All these will help you in loosing weight and staying healthy.
