metabolism becomes slowed down resulting in excess weight gain.One more reason is as we grow old our metabolism starts slowing down in order to keep control on your weight you need to be active and keep a watch on your diet.
consume low calorie ,low
carbohydrate , low fat, normal protein diet.
consume carbs like rice, wheat, pasta , noodles, other cereals in limited portion.
Avoid ghee, butter, cream, fried foods,oils all these gives lots of calories and fat.Fill your plate with more of fresh vegetables and fruits As the gives you feeling of fullness and satisfises hunger.Consume small meals rather than taking 3 big meals.Avoid simple sugars like juices, drinks,bakery foods.
Do brisk walk or any
aerobics daily for 45 minutes. All these will help you in loosing weight and staying healthy.
