Suggest Remedies For Weight Gain

I m a 27 years old girl, i m 5 feet 2 Inc. My waight is 40 kg. I want to gain my waight. Can i take decdan and practin for this? Is there any side effects after stop to taking these medicine like overwaight, underwaight or anything else? Please guide me

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
Decdan contains the active ingredient Dexamethasone, Practin contains the active ingredient Cyproheptadine, it is most commonly used to treat allergic reactions, as well as other serious conditions.
Both these medicines should not be used for weight gain. As these have lot of side effects like Moon like face, decreased immunity, osteoporosis, & several life threatening conditions like diabetes, heart failure etc

Here are some healthy ways to gain weight
1.Don’t let more than four hours go by without eating- When you skip meals, you deprive your body of the fuel it needs to keep going. The result is decrease in body weight including muscle mass. The best way to prevent your body from losing any important tissue is to eat regular meals, spaced about three to five hours apart.
2. Eat dense foods with high calories like chocolate, dry fruits, nuts & many more
3.Eat right before bed. A lot of our healing, repair and regeneration takes place while we sleep. So eating a healthy snack right before bed ensures a fresh supply of nutrients that are available to body to grow.
4. Exercise daily- It will increase your body muscles.
