Suggest Remedies For Whitish Covering On Foreskin And Smegma On Glans Penis
hi i have a whitish film in the outer surface of my foreskin and smegma on the inner surface all over the glans penis. I clee it every day and wash it, i have read that coconut oil may be useful in controlling the smegma. what is the medical opinion on this thank you

Hello,
It is nothing but a normal dried up smegma due to poor personal hygiene. You have to retract the foreskin and clean the glans with soap and water on a daily basis.
If you experience symptoms like itching or foul smell, better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
