Hello dear Understand your concern You have missed period by 12 days and pregnancy test is positive so pregnancy is confirmed. Medical abortion of pregnancy should be done under the observation of gynecologist (confidential process). You can use gynecologist prescribed abortion kit. USG should be done before the abortion to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age of pregnancy. (MTP is done up to 63 days of pregnancy). By procedure, Mifepristone 600 mg orally should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally after 24 hour. If needed two additional dose should be given every 6-8 hourly by gynecologist. Do not use this kit with out guidance of gynecologist at home as it cause complication like excessive bleeding, failure of drug that require surgery.
