i do exercise every evening except saturday. and i wan to gain about 10 kg weight because i m a skinny guy. every gym er suggest me to have more and more food as much as i can and so do i,.but some people also suggest me dont take in this way. it can t be digested. sometimes i face this problem too being undigested. i have a problem if i did not have more food, protein carbohydrate and just exercise i may be more skinny, if i had food it is not digested what to do ?
When persons wants to lose weight they exercise more (aerobic exercises) and eat less.
When a person wants to gain weight, they need to eat more if possible and decrease activities that would cause the body to burn off energy and lose weight. Strength training would be the only exercise recommended to help build muscles.
